Quantity Surveyor Required In Qatar

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Read GFC Drawings and technical documents in order to calculate quantities and work on   daily cost sheets.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors on estimates.
• Check and certify the Sub-contractor / Labour bills.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents,Contracts, Budgets, Bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections   accordingly.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
