Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Facility Management in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage, monitor and evaluate building, pavement systems, grounds, electrical and other installed infrastructure system performance.
•  Operations & maintenance of facilities, as well as facilities related risk, asset and business management activities.
•  Maintenance, repair, modification and upgrade to all buildings, pavement systems, grounds, electrical and other installed infrastructure.
•  Coordination with management staff from numerous internal functional areas including Operations, Risk and Claims, Labor Relations, HSS&E, IT, Finance & Accounting, and Administrative.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree holder
• Knowledgeable more in day to day operation Administration, Leasing, Quotations, Costing, Proposal & Tender preparation.
• Experienced in MIS Reports
• 10 years experience in FM Division (Soft & Hard Services)
