Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, time and attendance, and performance   management processes.
•  Train, coach and develop direct reports and oversee/manage the training processes for all   management trainees.
•  Provide guidance and oversight to the store management team on risk management,   compliance and safety concerns.
•  Coordinate the recruiting and selection process for all levels of employment candidates   using innovative methods to source and attract top talent.
• Facilitate the onboarding, training, performance management and separation policies and   procedures.
•  Present and promote changes in HR policies, procedures and practices to the leadership   team, leveraging best practices research.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Minimum One year experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good IT & Leadership Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
