Job Description :

We are looking for a male HR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Manages all new employee recruitment, orientation, and training, either   through primary function or through performance of subordinates.
•  Oversee all payroll processes.
•  Monitor and reports on timeliness of performance appraisals and merit   increases.
•  Acts as a catalyst for change while motivating others to support the change.
•  Ensures data integrity of HRIS systems providing quality control for   approvals to the HRIS system.
•  Manages employee benefit enrollments, questions, or inquiries. 

Job Requirements:

• Must be well versed with UAE laws. 
• Hiring Male candidates only.
• Should have computer knowledge.
• MBA holder.
