Construction Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage construction of new development projects to be delivered on time and under budget   to required specification and design.
• Develop scopes of work, prepare budgets, solicit bids and proposals from local contractors   and award bids.
• Ensure budget and schedule compliance.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against   established schedules
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contract.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
