Job Description :

A Construction company looking for a Project Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Produce, log and track Submittals, RFI's, RFP's, and CPM Schedules.
•  Process subcontractor and Owner pay applications, change requests, change   orders,  payments, and related documents.
•  Establish, maintain and control all project costs and budgets.
•  Organize, lead and document owner and subcontractor coordination   meetings with accurate minutes and follow up. 
•  Assist all members of the construction team to maintain and enforce all   safety and quality standards. 
•  Monitor and coordinate “as built” drawings and close out documents as   required.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill.
• Male candidates are prefered.
• Should have problem solving skill.
• MBA holder.
