Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced Account Assistant in Qatar.
Job Details:
- File all paid vendor invoices and out-of-pocket documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accept deliveries to the office on a daily basis.
- Assume primary responsibility for answering and screening incoming phone calls.
- Compile, tabulate, calculate, and maintain reporting of meeting evaluation data.
- Maintain client, vendor and key opinion leader databases and develop excel spreadsheets for tracking meeting invitees and gathering information for meeting attendees.
Job Requirements:
- BBA holder.
- Good knowledge in Tally ERP9, SAP business one, Peachtree, QuickBook and MS Excel.
- Minimum two years experience in accounting.
- Good communication skills.
