A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Maintains records and reports concerning on-the-job injuries and workers   compensation.
• Assist in unemployment claims administration and may represent the company at   unemployment compensation hearings.
• Responsible for all employment records being well documented, accurate,   maintained, and retrievable.
• Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, time and attendance, and   performance management processes.
• Train, coach and develop direct reports and oversee/manage the training processes   for all management trainees.
• Maintain and keep relevant all training related documents on SharePoint.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Ten years experience in the same field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT Skills.
