Required Construction Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•   Provide input and assistance in both long range and short term scheduling. 
• Monitor and coordinate “as built” drawings and close out documents as required.
• Review plans & specifications and provide takeoffs of different disciplines.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish   according to schedule, specifications and budget
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Minimum 17 years experience is required.
• Graduate Holder.
• Be a smart and presentable.
