Job Description :

Urgently Required experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Monitor all Project correspondence for commercial issues and initiate commercial   correspondence.
• Ensure site documentation is properly archived at Head Office at the end of the project.
• Ensure timely notices of default are issued to subcontractors and suppliers in accordance   with terms of their Order or Sub-contract.
• Reconcile material issued and material used (as per bill checking quantum of material used   against standard norms).
• Tracking of bills receipt and its process to HO.
• Coordinate with stores, for physical verification of stock on site.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 4 years experience is required.
•  BE in Civil Engineering.
• IT Skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
