Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details: 

•  Maintains records and reports concerning on-the-job injuries and workers compensation.
• Assist in unemployment claims administration and may represent the company at   unemployment compensation hearings.
• Responsible for all employment records being well documented, accurate, maintained, and   retrievable.
• Prepare salary roll based on attendance and leave record
• Organize training based on the training need of the organization
• Monitor employees performance record and help management in deciding salary increments

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Excellent managerial skills.
