Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Records detailed requirements, constraints and assumptions with team members in order to  establish the project deliverables and schedule.
•   Ensure contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications conform to project requirements.
• Direct subcontractors and vendors in the development of shop drawings and coordinate the   planning efforts with other trades.
• Monitoring materials delivery and ensuring all checks of the equipment as per vendor   specification.
• Oversee the preparation of daily progress reports.
• Prepare work schedule of all related activates to ensure smooth operation of the   task/project.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 11 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Excellent managerial skills.
