We are Looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Contribute in performance management system bi-annual appraisal cycles, performance   improvement plans in stores.
• Design and implement associate engagement activities. Drive the current employee   engagement initiatives.
• Create a vibrant, fun, learning and growth oriented culture.
• Responsible for HR function for 6-8 stores.
• Responsible for sourcing manpower to aid Talent Acquisition team.
• Ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joinees

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
• MBA Holder.
