Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Facilities Manager

Job Details:

  •  Ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety policies within the maintenance department
  •  Responsible for ensuring compliance with, and maintaining comprehensive records regarding, all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements including, but not limited to, OSHA, HAZMAT and Fire Safety.
  • Develops and implements new methods, procedures, and systems to improve plant maintenance service performance.
  • Oversees purchasing activity, ensuring best possible price, performance, and supply solutions are secured. Negotiate pending equipment

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in same role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Advance knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) & Preventive Maintenance System (PMS).
