Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for required management training as designated by   Leadership.
• Assures that the Operations/Center’s training practices provide equal   opportunity to trainees.
• May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high   performance.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations  issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ten years experience in same field.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
