Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for the Operations/center’s compliance with all state and   federal employment and benefit laws.
• Maintains records and reports concerning on-the-job injuries and workers   compensation.
• Assist in unemployment claims administration and may represent the   company at unemployment compensation hearings.
• Implementing and administering performance management system.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive   wage rate.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Transferable visa with NOC.
• Vaild Qatar Driving License.
• 15 years experience in same field.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and listening skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
