Required Operation Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Troubleshoot LDAP, SSO, Authentication, Identity, and data integrations.
• Manage operations and support activities within a DevOps environment (Kanban).
• Manage and report end to end monitoring of systems in support of availability and run   triggers for events.
• Mentor and guide team to manage quality, improve process efficiency and control variance.
• Formulate, Implement, Track career path & Individual Development Plans of each team   member.
• Track record of employee development (including an emphasis on selection and retention).

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
