Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Conduct exit interviews with employees, communicates findings to   management.
• Respond to inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies,   procedures, and programs.
• Coordinates administration of worker’s compensation claims.
• Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Operators until they join.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities.
• Manage all operational activities including Login time, Leave and    Absence Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization skills.
• Ten years experience in same field.
