Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for client billing/sub-contractor billling certification &   monthly reconciliation statements.
• Provide cost to completion for individual project/Project Budgets/Cash   flows.
• Variations and claims management, Compliances & MIS.
• Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all   internal reporting.
• Variation statement submission at the beginning of the project by using   the Tender Drawing Quantity.
• PR quantities to be verified with Tender Drawing quantity.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder. 
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Three years experience in same field.
• Proficient in Auto CAD.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
