Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provide leadership and management to associates; provide training and development of   supervisory team.
• Coach and mentor team supervisors.
• Regularly conduct supervisor team meetings. Supervise multiple teams for one or more   clients. 
• Managing quality assurance programmes. 
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
• Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
