Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Sets goals and determines priorities for the team that supports the business and aligns with    enterprise and HR objectives.
•  Identifies and leads implementation of payroll system enhancements and reports to improve    payroll administration accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
•  Identifies business improvement opportunities, system enhancements and reports to improve   payroll accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
•  Partners with HR solutions team and HR CoEs to develop and execute HR programs.
•  Establish implementation action plans related to Payroll laws / regulations and establish   standards and programs in order to monitor the compliance of laws and regulations.
•  Conversion of hard copy documents to digital records using a fully integrated HR   Management system.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• With 12 years experience in the field.
• Excellent IT & Leadership Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
