Job Description :
Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.
Job Details:- {{ESTRONG}}Responsible for client billing/sub-contractor billling certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
*
Provide cost to completion for individual project/Project Budgets/Cash flows.*
Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting.*
To prepare necessary rate analysis for all items as required.*
Prepare itemized statements, invoices and record amounts due for services rendered by Sub-contractors.- {{ESTRONG}}To coordinate for bill certification with Architects and PMC and show measurements taken to the above mentioned authorities.
Job Requirements:- {{ESTRONG}}Degree or diploma in Civil engineering.
- Four years experience in same field.
- Only Male need to apply.
- Proficiency in MS office.
