Operation Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Credit billing status to be monitored. Pending ALs to submission of bills.
• Checking of Counsellors reports daily for Advise Vs Converted / Counselled.
•  Conducting Weekly and Monthly reviews with Counselors, Floor managers and PCA.
• Oversee dispatch of crews for each job for each day and ensure workload is at its   maximum.
• Driver assignments as well as working with corporate to make sure all shipments are    assigned and picked up.
• Input weekly payroll into company system and process paperwork for new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years working experience in Qatar.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
