Job Description :

An established Interior Design & Fit Out company is looking for a Project Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

• Setting of milestones from Project Kick off Phase to Project Completion   Phase. 
•  Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine the specification of   the project.
•  Procuring statutory and legal compliance for construction and in   formulation of new company entity.
•  Budgeting and budget tracking Identifying, selecting and negotiating with   vendors for machinery 
 and services.
•  Plan and oversee routine operating activities.
•  Monitoring, Scheduling of civil work and Site Management. Co-ordination   with contractors & execution of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Should have experience in related field.
• Good communication skill.
• Should have valid UAE driving license.
• B.Tech/B.E. - Civil.
