Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant in UAE.
Job Details:
- General understanding of Accounts Payable.
- Develop and assist in automating processes utilizing innovative technical and processing solutions.
- Research and respond to internal inquiries quickly and courteously, and follow-up and follow- through for complicated matters.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Assist Invoicing Lead as needed; participate in or lead.
- Reconcile vendor statements to maintain good business relations and preserve ratings with credit reporting agencies.
- Answer vendor inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- B.Com Graduate.
- Minimum one year experience in accounting.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
