Job Details:

•  Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; establishing objectives in line with organization. 
•  Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
• Plans, directs, and supervises the work activities of HR Generalist’s/Coordinator’s.
•  Partners with Talent Acquisition to qualify and approve transfers, promotions, and offers.
•  Develops and consistently applies human resource policies and procedures while ensuring legal compliance.
•  Successfully teach, coach, and consult others around organizational development processes and strategies; develops plans for future growth.

Job Requirements:
