A leading company looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Recruit candidates for job placement nationwide; orchestrate hiring process
•  Coordinate all administrative activities associated with the retention of existing clients;   confirm job starts and perform qualify control checks.
•  Support and suggest improvements to site HR practices to improve engagement, morale,    productivity, and business metrics.
•  Partner with functional leaders to establish employee communication strategy and tactics.
•  Principal advisor to the battalion commander for all matters concerning human resource   support for all assigned and attached personnel.
•  Responsible for supervising all strength management/strength distribution actions.

Job Requirements:

• With more than 15 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT Skills.
