Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Serves as the most senior representative of the Court Administrator, who is the statutory   employer for collective bargaining purposes; ensures that positive labor relations with   unions that represent.
• Trial Court employees is maintained and may participate in negotiations and discussions   with the unions as he/she deems appropriate.
• Intervenes and mediates workplace conflicts in a manner that is reflective of the ethics and   values of the Trial Court and that leads to just and appropriate resolutions.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness   of recruitment process.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 4 yearS experience is required.
• Only Male can apply.
• MBA Holder.
