Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for guidance to all employees to insure consistent adherence to HR policies,   procedures, and practices.
•  Responsible for pro-active employee relations, communication support, and internal   management consultation as they related to the Human Resource function.
•  Assist in managing Worker's Compensation Insurance issues, including making    recommendations to facilitate the timely closing of claims.
•  Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;   establishing objectives in line with organization.
•  Manages human resources operations by recruiting, managing a team, maintaining   compensation, accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
•  Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions;   analyzing information and applications.

Job Requirements:

• With having 10 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Good IT & Leadership Skills.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
