Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensures job titles/descriptions are up to date and that signed job   descriptions are maintained in personnel files.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues,   rules,and regulations.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Implement and analyze compensation program; including   management of payroll processes.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule     interviews.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing   demands,grievances or other issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.
• Five years experience in same field.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills.
• MIS orientation and analytical skills.
