Job Description :

An Construction Company urgently looking for a Senior Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Receive “Pencil Requisitions” and review with Project Executives and   Construction Managers.
• Create adjusting journal entries for accruals and prepare required   workpapers and coordination with outside accounting firm.
• Attends draw request review meetings with bank representatives.
• Monthly accounting close and preparation of financial statements of  development entities.
• Research and administer contracts and agreements between development   entities and others.
• Communicate and coordinate with Asset Management and other   departments.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skill.
• Should have 5-6 years of experience in Accounting.
• B.com holders are required.
• Proficient in Accounting Softwares.
