Procurement Officer In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Guide issue and dispute resolution process for major, strategic contracts. 
• Oversee team who negotiates pricing for new services and serve as escalation point in the '   negotiation process. 
• Identify opportunities for leveraging and optimizing contracts that result in cost savings.
• Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute   materials
• Prepare comparison charts of the various suppliers cost.
• Administer on-line purchasing systems, reverse bidding etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
