We are Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Plan and facilitate new-hire orientation introducing new employees to the organization,   culture and business processes.
• Facilitate communications to staff and encourages participation in staff engagement   activities and events.
• Partner with department leadership to assist with goal planning, actions plans and ways to   improve employee morale; conducts audits and reports to provide metrics to leadership.
• Employee Grievance handling and Redressal methodologies.
• Organization & Employee Development and L&D initiatives.
• Employee Exits and separations management.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
