Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Evaluates and review of bid documents, specifications, scope of works and drawings
• Submit queries for clarifications on the technical and commercial aspect of the proposals.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to inquiries from prospective   clients, Writing Technical Proposal for tenders
• Preparing & Contractors bill after on-site measurement
• Preparing work break down schedule / ACE cost vis s vis actual cost being incurred and   raise alarm in case of variations
• Preparing work done, taking measurements, bills etc. of sub-contractor bill in ERP   Preparing Rate Analysis & Cost analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• BSC in Civil Engineering
• IT Skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
