Wanted Senior Accountant In Uae

Job Description :

We are urgently hiring for a Senior Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Attends draw request review meetings with bank representatives.
•  Monthly accounting close and preparation of financial statements of   development entities.
•  Research and administer contracts and agreements between development   entities and others.
•  Coordinate with Asset Manager (AM) to review draw request/capital call,   lender requirements, partner reporting and financial statements.
•  Communicate and coordinate with Asset Management and other   departments.
•  Watching the petty cash in and out.

Job Requirements:

•  Must have 5-6 years of experience in Accounting.
• Proficient in Accounting Softwares. 
• Good communication skill.
•  Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
