Job Description :

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepare itemized statements, invoices and record amounts due for services   rendered by Sub-contractors.
•  Keep records of invoices and support documents.
•  Maintain site Joint Measurement Record Register.
•  Creating data base of prices and subcontractors for future reference. 
•  Attending initial technical meetings for each project. 
•  Making site visit if necessary to clarify the scope of works. 

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill.
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel.
• Good Interpersonal skill.
•  B.Arch - Architecture.
• Excellent analytical skills.
