Job Description :

We are urgently looking for a young and enthusiastic Store Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Achieve sales targets defined for the store.
•  Monitor sales achievements by generating daily/week;y reports &   identifying gaps in order to set an action plan.
•  Understanding the product contribution in profitability & boosting the sales   to achieve high gross profit.
•  Participate in a marketing plan, promotions ideas, suggest new products and   services as per customer needs. 
•  Ensure that store merchandising is as per planogram.
•  Coordinating with Purchase department for routine orders deliveries &   issue.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill in English.
• Sales driven personality.
• Preferably with retail experience.
•  Ability to led a team.
• Excellent supervising skills.
