Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced Senior HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Monitors, assesses, and develops appropriate risk management strategies regarding   individual and group work-related issues.
• Represents Company's interest regarding employment legal issues, under the   direction of the Legal Department. Conducts investigations and assists in   responding to EEOC complaints.
• Attends and mediates manager/employee discussions or terminations as needed.
• Creates, improves, and administers human resource policies and procedures.
• Ensures Company policies are communicated and adhered to on a consistent basis.
• Initiates corporate policy changes as they relate to legal compliance.

Job Requirements:

• With over 12 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Proficient in HR and Admin activities, knowledge in HRMS.
