Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Prepare Executive for meetings by clarifying purpose of each meeting, prepare   agenda, pull background materials and prepare briefing documents.
• Counsel hiring managers regarding the interview process as well as the assessment   and evaluation of candidates.
• Partner with other HR partners to attract the necessary talent as well as transition   and onboard new executives.  
• Maintain an understanding of creative recruitment tools, technologies and the best   methodologies.
• Establishing reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to   perform essential functions.
• Establishing and exhibiting core fundamentals and monitoring the Culture of the   organization.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Two years experience in the same field.
• Excellent IT & Leadership Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
