It Support Engineer Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer in UAE.

Job Details:

• Report weekly progress to IT management.
• Conduct IT protocol for leavers as per the documented process .
• Maintain ownership of user's issues and service requests, ensuring they are resolved    within defined service levels. 
• Conduct investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software   issues
• Setup new staff with all IT needs and equipment before start date; maintain new   staff checklist and procedures.
• Create technical documentation and manuals as required .

Job Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science.
• Minimum ten years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Basic network and server support knowledge.
• Be a smart and presentable.
