A Construction company looking for a experienced HR in UAE.

Job Details:

* Manage the End to End Recruitment Life Cycle.

Handle the Mid-Senior Level Hiring/ Corporate Hiring.
Post openings on Elevate careers page, job portals and social media.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to attract appropriate talent.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and maintain all applicant and interview data.
Create recruiting workflow for each new position.

Job Requirements:

Good communication skill.
Should have 2-4 years of experience in same field.
Hiring male candidates only.
MBA holders are required.
