We are Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provide assistance to online Customers by answering phone calls.
• Identify and provide guidance to customers on basic technical issues with website and   mobile platforms.
• Resolve and process information associated with client accounts.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments 
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer   information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Be a smart and presentable.
