Customer Service Executive Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

• Preparing proposals, customer spec sheet, open order report.
• Coordinating with the Product Development team and jewelry outlets on customized    jewelry
• Sending quotations and giving response on customers query on time.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Responsible for the day to day activities of the customer service and sales service.
• Updating inventory on customer portals and updating shipment details.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate Degree holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Computer Literate.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
