Urgently Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor inn Qatar.

Job Details:

• Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement   with the Client and Contractor as necessary.
• Collaborate with the lines of business project teams to develop  cost estimates for NNL projects with a Total Project Cost above    a pre-determined threshold.
• Negotiating contracts with the contractor in partnership with   the Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager. 
• Provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration   or any other forms of dispute resolution.
• Monitoring Contractors cost control procedures throughout the   duration of a project including the Construction Phase, Final     Account and Defects Maintenance Phase.
• Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement   with the Client and Contractor as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Four years experience in same field.
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
