Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Monitor all Project correspondence for commercial issues and   initiate commercial correspondence.
• Collaborate with the lines of business project teams to develop   cost estimates for NNL projects with a Total Project Cost above   a pre-determined threshold.
• Ensure that accurate cost estimates are integrated into project   baselines and managed throughout the life of the project.
• Develop a database of cost estimates and project actuals to   improve future estimates.
• Perform detailed analysis of historical cost estimates to   understand the cause of variance and implement improvement   techniques to improve overall NNL performance.
• Identify areas of commercial risk on the Project as early as   possible and review with the Project Manager ways of avoiding    that risk.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Only Male need to Apply.
• Four years experience in same field.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
