Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Should have hands on experience in Estimation, Billing and   Quantity Surveyor.
• To coordinate for bill certification with Architects and PMC and   show measurements taken to the above mentioned authorities.
• To prepare necessary rate analysis for all items as required.
• To maintain consumption details for all non tendered items.
• Prepare itemized statements, invoices and record amounts due   for services rendered by Sub-contractors.
• Assisting in preparation of Invitation to Tender Packages.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Three years experience in same field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical skills.
