A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

• Job Details:
• Ensures the HR Solution team executes on its strategic projects and serves as the   single point of accountability for decision making and escalations.      
• Ensures service levels are met and/or exceeded and all operation metrics are   trending in a positive direction.
• Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, time and attendance, and       performance management processes.      
• Train, coach and develop direct reports and oversee/manage the training   processes for all management trainees.      
• Provide guidance and oversight to the store management team on risk     management, compliance and safety concerns.
• Ensure that human resources services are provided in compliance with   established system policies, procedures, and practices.
• Job Requirements:
• MBA holder need to apply.
• With more than 20 years experience in the field.
• Excellent IT Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
