Looking For Finance Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Promotes accountability of all parties, communicates and   coordinates process initiatives between all stakeholders.
• Triages multi-faceted issues related to contract operational  performance, interpretation and payor obligations between BSW  and Managed Care Organization.
• Monitors contract volumes and analyzes profitability against   expected levels of performance and initiates operation and/or   contract modifications as appropriate.
• Collects necessary supporting statistical information to facilitate   monthly journal entries.
• Ensures complete, accurate and timely tax reporting and   financial reporting to maintain records and ensure compliance   with federal and state requirement.
• Trains and cross trains personnel to increase productivity and   improve area operations.

Job Requirements:

• B.S. degree in finance or accounting.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ten years experience in same field.
• Good Communication Skills.
