Job Description :

We are currently looking for a experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.
•  Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets   in an effective manner.
•  Coordinating with Senior HR on Attendance part and other HR activities.
• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after   interviews. 
•  Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates   within our internal database.
•  Creating & maintaining Data base.

Job Requirements:

• Should have  3-5 years of experience in same field.
• Should be smart & pleasantable.
• Female candidates are prefered.
• MBA holder.
