A leading company looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

• Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system
• Partner with hiring managers to successfully match candidate skill sets to business    needs
• Co-ordinate the recruiting lifecycle including job postings, resume screening,    interview arrangements and employment offers 
• Creatively find new sourcing opportunities and promote Morningstar as a great   place to work.
• Partner with managers and HR to improve and strengthen the recruiting process.
• Enthusiastically promote Morningstar as a great place to work through campus    recruiting and other promotion efforts, as needed.

Job Requirements:
